We ship worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Once orders are received by us they are processed within 7 days, although we aim to process them as quickly as possible for you. Once processed, shipping can take from as little as 7-60 days, depending on where you live and what items you have purchased.
Where are we located and where do we ship from?
We are an online business based in Australia. We have partnered with suppliers all over the world including the US and China. All your items will be shipped separately when ordering multiple items, depending on the suppliers your products come from and where their factories are located.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived after 60 days, please contact us and we will reorder your products or refund you.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
I would like to cancel my order, how do I do this?
There is a very short time period in which you are able to cancel an order, you must contact us within 48 hours of submitting and we will cancel your order before it is shipped. However, after this time period your order will have began the shipping process and cannot be cancelled from this point on.
Can I return or exchange my items?
Unfortunately, we have strictly NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, on all of our products. Unless you have received a product with defects, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will reship the same or a different product to you or provide you with a refund.
